Zhang Mancheng was a Yellow Turban commander.
Biography[]
Zhang Mancheng was a bandit leader who joined Zhang Jiao's religious sect known as "The Way of Peace" in 184 when it rose up in rebellion. He was appointed one of the most high-ranking generals besides Zhang Bao and Zhang Liang. He was famed for killing Chu Gong of Nanyang, and operated flame batteries during the Battle of Ju Lu. He was killed by Qin Jie.
